You’ll leave able to explain what drives performance, spot problems early and make better decisions every day, instead of reacting to the queue.

Who should attend?
Team Leaders and Supervisors, new or experienced, plus senior Team Leaders, new leaders and the operations and workforce people who work alongside them.
How is the course delivered?
Live online via Zoom over 2 × 4.5-hour sessions on consecutive days, so Team Leaders go deep without losing full days away from their teams. The times are shown with each date.
When are the sessions?
Thursday 18 and Friday 19 February 2027, from 12:30pm to 5:00pm AEDT (Melbourne and Sydney time) on both days. You’ll receive your Zoom link before the course starts.
What if I can’t make these dates?
See the other upcoming dates, or talk to us about a private course for your team on dates that suit you.
How is it different from Contact Centre Management Fundamentals?
This course gives Team Leaders the operational know-how to lead a team. Contact Centre Management Fundamentals is an 18-hour program for managers accountable for the whole centre, including forecasting and budgets.
Do I need to be good at maths?
No. You’ll learn what the numbers mean and how to act on them, not how to build the models.
Do I need to do the other pathway courses?
No. Each of the four courses in the Team Leader Development Pathway stands alone and can be taken in any order. Together they cover operations, quality and coaching, leadership and CX.
Can we run the pathway for our Team Leaders?
Yes. Any course, or all four as one program, can run privately and live online on dates that suit you, for a minimum of 6 participants. Talk to us about your team.
How much does it cost?
Public courses are $897 per person (ex GST). Save 15% when you book three or more tickets in the same transaction, and ACXPA members save 25%. Private courses are quoted.
What do participants need?
A computer with a stable internet connection, Zoom, and a headset and camera for the best experience. You’ll receive your join link before the course starts.
Will the course definitely go ahead?
Public courses need a minimum number of participants to run, so we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a date if too few people book. If that happens, we’ll let you know as early as possible and you can move to another date or get a full refund.
How do I book?
Choose how many tickets you need in the ticket box at the top of this page, then check out by card or invoice. To train a whole team privately, talk to us or call +61 3 9008 7287.
