When we are physically able to run our CX, Contact Centre and Customer Service training in Brisbane again we will source the best venues that will provide the best value so we can keep our course fees as low as possible.
To do this, we will often wait to confirm the final venue approximately two weeks prior to each course date to enable us to secure a training facility that provides the best learning space aligned to the number of training course participants.
All our courses, however, will be in the Brisbane CBD location unless we specify otherwise.
Upcoming CX, Call Centre & Customer Service Training in Brisbane
Unfortunately with the ongoing uncertainty with COVID we have suspended all our physical Customer Service training courses in Brisbane Queensland until it is safe to resume.
Whilst we understand the preference for face to face training for some people, the online training is still very effective and actually offers some benefits that even we didn’t anticipate including the ability to pace out training over multiple sessions instead of trying to cram everything into one/two days and less downtime as there is no travel etc.
We’ve now had hundreds of people complete our online training courses and the overwhelming is that what’s important is the skill of the training the content, and if they’re good it doesn’t really matter whether it’s in-person or online.
