Where can you find Customer Service Training Courses in Brisbane?
When COVID restrictions allow, we can deliver our courses onsite at your premises or for our public courses, we’ll typically host them in a conference centre, hotel etc in Brisbane CBD or perhaps a nice little venue along the Brisbane river or up in the mountains.
Unfortunately, for now, we are only offering our courses online as it’s just too difficult to plan ahead with booking venues, flights etc as we don’t have any locally based trainers in Queensland (normally our interstate trainers would just jump on a plane).
We are currently looking to source a Queensland based training provider so we hope to be able to offer onsite training again in the near future.
Online training to the rescue!
With the uncertainty of COVID expected to continue for some time, we anticipate it could be a while before we can offer onsite Customer Service training in Brisbane again. The good news is that online training, whilst even we were sceptical at first, has delivered a host of unexpected benefits! Most employees are now also very familiar with online video, whether it’s for work or personal use and the available tools are easy to use (Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc) so there is a much higher level of comfort than in the past.
And most importantly, our Customer Testimonials also confirm that the training is still effective – we averaged 4.9 out of 5 stars across all our online courses in 2021!
