What’s in it for you

What you’ll be able to do

Without a clear quality framework, QA becomes a tick-box exercise: different standards, inconsistent monitoring and coaching that feels arbitrary.

You’ll leave with a framework you can explain, defend and implement across teams, sites and outsourcers.

  • One framework everyone trusts
  • Consistent, calibrated scoring
  • QA that drives coaching and CX

The course

Four modules, the full QA lifecycle

Quality Frameworks for Contact Centres runs over two live 4.5-hour workshops: nine hours focused entirely on designing, implementing and improving your QA program.

You’ll see proven components used by high-performing centres globally, and how to adapt them to your organisation, channels and customers.

  • 2 × 4.5 hoursTwo live workshops, 9 hours
  • Live onlineVia Zoom, join from anywhere
  • 50-page workbookStandards, forms and calibration tools
  • Vendor-neutralWorks with any QA tool or platform

What’s covered: four modules

Each module builds on the last, so you finish with one coherent framework, not a collection of tools.

Module 1

Decide what kind of service you’ll deliver

Quality starts with a clear view of the service you intend to deliver.

  • Mission, vision and values
  • Creating a Service Vision
  • Activity versus outcome-based standards
Module 2

Standards and forms

Standards and assessment forms are the backbone of your QA program.

  • Compliance versus calibre measures
  • Clear, usable performance standards
  • Forms that calibrate easily
Module 3

Monitoring and calibration

Monitoring provides the data; calibration makes it fair and credible.

  • The five classic monitoring methods
  • A sampling approach that fits your goals
  • The four levels of calibration
Module 4

Coaching, reporting and governance

Turn QA into better conversations, decisions and service.

  • QA versus Team Leader roles
  • Trend reporting for leaders
  • Turning results into action plans

FAQs

Quality Frameworks for Contact Centres FAQs

Delivery, pricing, content and who the course suits.

Still have questions? Get in touch
Who should attend?
People accountable for the design, governance and performance of QA: QA managers, contact centre managers, CX and knowledge management specialists, and operations and performance managers. If you mainly coach agents as a Team Leader, Quality Management & Coaching for Team Leaders is usually a better fit.
Do we need an existing QA program?
No. It works equally well if you’re starting from scratch or want to review, fix or modernise what you have.
When are the sessions?
Thursday 3 and Friday 4 December 2026, from 12:30pm to 5:00pm AEDT (Melbourne and Sydney time) on both days. You’ll receive your Zoom link before the course starts.
What if I can’t make these dates?
See the other upcoming dates, or talk to us about a private course for your team on dates that suit you.
What if we already have standards and scorecards?
That’s common. You’ll test what you have against proven, globally used frameworks and leave with a roadmap to refine it.
Is it relevant to our channels and platform?
Yes. The frameworks work across phone, email, chat and digital channels, in any sector, and with any contact centre technology or QA tool.
How technical is it?
Not very. You’ll work with examples of sampling, scoring and reporting, but the focus is practical decisions, not statistics.
Are there public dates?
Yes. Public courses run live online, so you can book one ticket or several on any of the upcoming dates. We also run it privately for teams of 5 or more.
How much does it cost?
Public tickets are $1,097 per person (ex GST). Save 15% when you book two or more tickets in the same transaction, and ACXPA members save 25% on public courses. Private courses (minimum 5 participants) are quoted.
What’s included?
Two live 4.5-hour workshops with Daniel and a workbook of nearly 50 pages with sample standards, monitoring forms, checklists and calibration tools.
Will the course definitely go ahead?
Public courses need a minimum number of participants to run, so we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a date if too few people book. If that happens, we’ll let you know as early as possible and you can move to another date or get a full refund.
What do participants need?
A computer with a stable internet connection, Zoom, and a headset and camera for the best experience. You’ll receive your join link before the course starts.
How do I book?
Choose how many tickets you need in the ticket box at the top of this page, then check out by card or invoice. To train a whole team privately, talk to us or call +61 3 9008 7287.
