Who gets the 25% discount — does it apply to everyone in a Business Membership?
The discount applies to every employee who has been allocated an Individual Membership through a Business Membership. The Business account owner manages allocations via the Business Members Dashboard — only employees with an active allocated membership are eligible. Employees without an allocated membership can still attend courses at the full price.
Does the 25% discount apply to every public CX Skills course?
Yes — all active allocated Individual Members automatically receive 25% off the publicly listed price of any CX Skills public course, for the full duration of their active membership.
How does a Business Member book training for their employees?
It's straightforward. Business Members log into the ACXPA Business Members Dashboard and book courses for their allocated employees directly. The 25% discount is applied automatically, employee details are pre-filled, and the whole process takes minutes. No codes, no manual discount requests.
How long does the discount last?
For the full duration of the active membership — 12 months from the date of joining or renewal. Once membership is renewed, the discount continues uninterrupted.
Is membership worth it if I only plan to book one course?

What happens if a membership lapses?
The 25% discount and all member benefits are only available while the membership is active. If a membership expires or is not renewed, the discounted pricing on future bookings is no longer available.
