How do you access the 25% discount?

Once you’ve successfully joined ACXPA, just login into your ACXPA membership dashboard, and you can purchase any CX Skills course directly with your 25% discount* automatically applied.

Payment for the course can then be made via our usual checkout process (either credit card or request an invoice).

  • Business Memberships start at just $497 per year (which includes five individual memberships you can allocate to your employees)
  • Any employee with a current ACXPA membership receives a 25% discount on all CX Skills courses.
  • ACXPA Memberships can be purchased instantly via credit card or you can request an invoice. For invoice purchases, your ACXPA membership commences on invoice payment.
