Live online public course with Daniel Ord

Leadership & People Management for Team LeadersThursday 1 and Friday 2 April 2027

The Team Leader role is pivotal and demanding. Most Team Leaders are promoted because they were great advisors, then expected to manage performance, support wellbeing and keep everyone engaged.

Two live 4.5-hour sessions with Daniel Ord on consecutive days, part of his four-course Team Leader Development Pathway. Book one ticket or several for your team.

  • Led by global expert Daniel Ord
  • Real contact centres, not theory
  • Part of a four-course pathway

What’s in it for you

What you’ll be able to do

Without a clear framework, Team Leaders spend their days firefighting, rescuing or avoiding the conversations that matter most. That’s exhausting for them and confusing for the team.

You’ll leave with a structured, practical approach to the people side of the role, grounded in real contact centres, not generic leadership theory.

  • Time spent where it counts
  • Trust and engagement
  • Conversations that lift performance

Sessions are practical and interactive, with models, reflection and real contact centre examples.
