What’s in it for you

What you’ll be able to do

Many managers inherit a contact centre without ever being shown the universal rules that drive high-performing operations: how work arrives, how staffing becomes service, and which KPIs actually matter.

This course gives you that playbook in seven hours, so you can stop firefighting and run your centre with confidence.

  • Clear targets and the right KPIs
  • Less firefighting, more control
  • A stronger voice with executives

Still have questions? Get in touch
Who should attend?
Managers who have run a centre without formal training, new contact centre managers, Team Leaders preparing to step up, and business leaders accountable for the contact centre channel.
Will this apply to our contact centre?
Yes. There are global best practices that apply to every contact centre, whether you have 5 people or 500, in any sector, on any platform. The course teaches those principles and how to apply them to your own centre.
When are the sessions?
Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22 April 2027, from 1:00pm to 4:30pm AEST (Melbourne and Sydney time) on both days. You’ll receive your Zoom link before the course starts.
What if I can’t make these dates?
See the other upcoming dates, or talk to us about a private course for your team on dates that suit you.
How is the course delivered?
Live online via Zoom over 2 × 3.5-hour sessions. Private courses for your leadership team can run live online or onsite.
Do I need to be good at maths or workforce planning?
No. You’ll learn the essentials of forecasting, staffing and KPIs from a manager’s perspective: how to read the numbers and ask the right questions, without needing to be a WFM analyst.
How does it compare with Contact Centre Management Fundamentals?
Introduction gives you the complete picture in seven hours, including leadership, quality and AI. Contact Centre Management Fundamentals is an 18-hour deep dive into the operations side with Daniel Ord.
How much does it cost?

What do participants need?
A computer with a stable internet connection, Zoom, and a headset and camera for the best experience. You’ll receive your join link before the course starts.
