Will this apply to our contact centre?
Yes. There are global best practices that apply to every contact centre, whether you have 5 people or 500, in any sector, on any platform. The course teaches those principles and how to apply them to your own centre.
How is the course delivered?
Live online via Zoom over 2 × 3.5-hour sessions. Private courses for your leadership team can run live online or onsite.
Do I need to be good at maths or workforce planning?
No. You’ll learn the essentials of forecasting, staffing and KPIs from a manager’s perspective: how to read the numbers and ask the right questions, without needing to be a WFM analyst.
How does it compare with Contact Centre Management Fundamentals?
Introduction gives you the complete picture in seven hours, including leadership, quality and AI. Contact Centre Management Fundamentals is an 18-hour deep dive into the operations side with Daniel Ord.
How much does it cost?
Public courses are $797 per person (ex GST). Save 15% when you book three or more tickets in the same transaction, and ACXPA members save 25%. Private courses for your team (minimum 5 participants) are quoted.
