Still have questions? Get in touch
Who should attend?
Anyone responsible for designing, leading or improving customer experience: CX managers, consultants and practitioners, senior and general managers, contact centre and customer service managers moving into CX, marketing and digital managers, and business owners. There are no formal prerequisites.
Do I need to be planning to sit the CCXP® exam?
No. Many participants simply want a structured, globally recognised way to manage CX. The frameworks and tools apply straight away in your role, whether or not you certify.
When are the sessions?
Tuesday 13 to Friday 16 October 2026, from 12:30pm to 5:30pm AEDT (Melbourne and Sydney time) each day. You’ll receive your Zoom link before the course starts.
What if I can’t make these dates?
See the other upcoming dates, or talk to us about a private course for your team on dates that suit you.
How does the course relate to the CCXP® certification?
The course covers the five competencies in the CCXP® framework: CX Strategy; Culture and Accountability; Customer Insights and Understanding; Design, Implementation and Innovation; and Metrics, Measurement and ROI. Nearly every participant who has gone on to sit the exam has passed, and practice quizzes in each session help you check your knowledge along the way. To sit it, you’ll need some additional reading and to pay the exam fee to the CXPA. CX Skills isn’t affiliated with the CXPA; CCXP® is their registered mark.
How is the course delivered?
Live online via Zoom over 4 × 5-hour sessions on consecutive days. The format fits around work and gives you time to reflect and apply ideas between sessions.
Can Daniel deliver the course onsite?
Daniel is based in Germany, so this course runs live online. We have run it onsite for some clients: if you’d like Daniel with your team in person, talk to us and we’ll quote it, including travel.
How much does it cost?
Public courses are $1,997 per person (ex GST) for 20 hours of live training. Save 15% when you book two or more people in the same transaction, and ACXPA members save 25%. Private courses for your team (minimum 5 participants) are quoted.
What’s included?
Four live 5-hour sessions with Daniel, practice quizzes, a course workbook with every slide and example, two bonus modules, a post-course resource library with template references, and a certificate of completion signed by Daniel. If you’re pursuing your CCXP®, you also get a 60-minute one-on-one coaching session with Daniel.
Will the course definitely go ahead?
Public courses need a minimum number of participants to run, so we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a date if too few people book. If that happens, we’ll let you know as early as possible and you can move to another date or get a full refund.
Is there a discount for ACXPA members?
Yes. ACXPA members save 25% on CX Skills live public courses, including this one. Membership also includes the CX Hub, the CX Maturity Audit, the monthly CX Roundtables and full access to the CX knowledge quizzes.
