Three sessions that turn skills into habits

Reception Customer Service PRO runs over three live 3-hour sessions, or as a full-day onsite workshop. Each session builds on the last, from first impressions to difficult situations and written communication.

Every session includes demonstrations, simulations and role plays, and the course finishes with extensive practice and feedback.

Transfers, referrals and handoffs are covered too, so enquiries reach the right person without a poor experience.

Who is PRO for?
Reception, front desk, concierge and admin teams who want to perform at a higher level across face-to-face, phone and email, especially with complex enquiries, transfers and difficult situations.
Can I book one ticket on PRO?
No. PRO is private training for your team only. If you have one or two people to train, book a public Essentials or Foundations course.
What’s covered?
Nine modules over three sessions. Session 1: The Psychology of Customer Service, Body Language & Voice Projection, and How to Engage. Session 2: How to Discover Customer Needs, How to Educate & Inform, and How to Close. Session 3: Dealing with Difficult Customers, End-to-End Simulations, and Email & Online Chat Best Practices.
How much does it cost?
PRO is priced for your team once we understand what you need. As a guide it’s based on $645 per person (ex GST), with discounts for larger teams and ACXPA members, and onsite delivery may include trainer travel. Book a call to talk it through.
Online or onsite?
Online runs as three 3-hour sessions on separate days via Zoom or Teams, which suits spread-out teams and helps the skills stick. Onsite runs as a full-day workshop at your workplace anywhere in Australia, New Zealand or the Asia Pacific (travel costs apply).
Can it be tailored for our team?
Yes. We tailor examples, scenarios and role plays to your front desk, systems and customers.
Do participants receive a certificate?
Yes. Everyone who completes the course receives a digital certificate of completion.
Is the course ACXPA certified?
Yes. Reception Customer Service PRO is ACXPA certified and built on the standards ACXPA uses to assess customer service.
Is there a lower-cost or self-paced option?
Yes. Our self-paced library is a much cheaper way to build customer service skills at your own pace, from $9.15 per person a month, with short courses and 1-minute videos your team can fit around their work.

An ACXPA membership is another option: members save 25% on live public courses and get 12 months of tools, templates and live sessions.
