Does the 25% discount apply to every public course?
Yes - all active ACXPA members automatically receive 25% off the publicly listed price of CX Skills public courses.
How long do I get the discount?
For the duration of your active membership - 12 months from the date you join or renew, you'll get 25% off any public course for the full membership duration.
Is membership worth it if I only plan to book one course?
In most cases, yes. One discounted enrolment often covers a large part of the membership fee — and you’ll still unlock all the other member benefits for 12 months, including roundtables, tools, and included courses.
How is the 25% discount applied?
For Individual Members, simply log into your ACXPA account and follow the link to CX Skills — the 25% discount will be automatically applied at checkout. For Business Memberships, the account owner can log in via the ACXPA Business Dashboard and, when booking through the CX Skills link, easily allocate the discounted rate to any employees with an active ACXPA membership.
What payment methods are available?
At checkout you can pay securely by credit card, or choose to receive an invoice if that’s easier for your organisation.
Can I share my membership discount with others?
No — discounts are linked to active ACXPA memberships. Individual Members receive the benefit for their own bookings, while Business Memberships allow the account owner to allocate discounts to nominated employees.
Does the 25% discount apply to private/in-house bookings?
Private and in-house courses are priced individually, so the 25% public course discount doesn’t apply in the same way. However, ACXPA members still enjoy preferential pricing and added benefits, ensuring you get more value from every private booking.
What happens if my membership lapses?
The discount is only available while your ACXPA membership is active. If your membership expires or is not renewed, you’ll no longer be able to access the discounted pricing on future course bookings.
