Meet Nathan

Nathan Burke translates elite-sport clarity into commercial leadership. He focuses leaders on ownership, standards and practical behaviours that improve team performance quickly and sustainably.

After a long AFL career with St Kilda, Nathan moved into business leadership and consulting. He served as Assistant Coach (AFL), Senior Coach in the AFLW, consultant with Mettle Group, and Chief Operating Officer & People/Culture Manager at CallActive, a 1,300-seat contact centre operation across Australia and New Zealand.

Partnering with CX Skills, he delivers high-performance leadership programs for emerging leaders, team leaders and executive groups. Sessions are story-rich, direct and immediately actionable.

Beyond Football

Following a three-year term on the AFL Match Review Panel, Nathan focused on coaching and leadership full-time.

He provides media commentary, holds Diplomas in Teaching and Business, and prioritises health, family and community impact.

He was inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame in 2021.
