Public Courses
The majority of our public Customer Service Training courses in Perth are now delivered online as quite frankly, in the post-COVID era, the increased costs and the current unreliability of travel make offering training courses at a competitive price point very difficult to achieve (as the majority of our trainers are based in Melbourne or Sydney).
When we do run on-site/in-person public training courses, we’ll typically host them in a conference centre, hotel etc in Perth CBD or perhaps an excellent little venue overlooking the Swan River.
But for now, we’ll only be offering our public training courses as an online option.

Private Training Courses
All of our Customer Service Training Courses in Perth (or anywhere in WA!) are available to be delivered privately, either online or onsite.
For onsite private training courses, they are typically held at your venue and additional travel costs may apply as unlike other training providers, the only person that delivers our training courses is the same industry expert who designed the course.
Online training courses can be delivered privately just for your employees – you can simply select one of our existing courses, or we can customise something for you!
We typically require a minimum of six employees for a private training course, however, it can depend on the course so pick up the phone and give us a call on 03 9008 7287 and we can recommend the best solution for you!
Why CX Skills is a little different
If you're going to invest in training for your business, and the cost of taking your employees away from their job, you want to make sure it's worth the investment.
We don't use local trainers who simply read off PowerPoint templates designed by someone else. All our courses are delivered by genuine industry experts with the experience and authority that comes with it, and it's a big reason why our courses are rated so highly by customers (view our customer testimonials and companies that we have conducted training for).
The downside is that it can limit availability (as we are unable to clone our trainers!) and travel costs may apply for onsite training depending on where you are located.
But we'd much rather deliver fewer, but higher quality training courses, than a cookie-cutter approach that compromises learning and delivering on real outcomes for your business.
Why Online training can be just as effective as in-person
COVID certainly forced a lot of us to go online for training, meetings etc and it’s certainly now considered part of normal working life and using tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc. has never been easier and doesn’t require any special software.
Whilst we only offered in-person training prior to COVID, we have grown to love online training as it’s truly delivered a range of benefits that are highly advantageous for training that we’ve outlined below.
Most importantly though, our Customer Testimonials also confirm that online training is still effective – we have continued to average 4.9 out of 5 stars across all our online courses!
So whilst we still enjoy training in-person and do offer it for private bookings, many of our customers now prefer online training for the benefits we’ve outlined below.
