We’d love to get back to hosting some in-person Customer Service Training Courses in Hobart that we typically host at a conference centre, hotel, etc in Hobart CBD or a nice little venue around Salamanca.
Unfortunately, with the current cost and unreliability of booking venues, flights etc (Most of our trainers are based in Melbourne) in the post-COVID era, we are currently offering online training courses for all our public courses in the immediate future.

Private Training Courses
All of our Customer Service Training Courses in Hobart/Tasmania are available to be delivered privately, either online or onsite.
For onsite private training courses, they are typically held at your venue and additional travel costs may apply as, unlike other training providers, the only person who delivers our training courses is the same industry expert who designed the course.
The majority of our trainers are based in Melbourne and are used to jumping on a plane for a quick flight across the ditch!
Private Online training courses are delivered privately just for your employees – simply select one of our existing courses, or we can customise something for you!
