Yes — for private groups we map scenarios, case studies and practice to your industry (e.g. QLD government, healthcare, tourism & hospitality, retail, utilities, finance), plus your products, policies and call flows.
A quiet space, stable internet, camera + mic on, and access to Zoom. We recommend participants join individually to get the full benefit of breakout rooms, role-plays and coaching. However, some Queensland companies prefer to have their team join together in a meeting room — and that works too if it suits your setup.
Yes — everyone who completes a course receives a Certificate of Completion. These certificates are widely used for performance reviews, professional development plans and HR records.
However, we do not offer nationally accredited qualifications. That’s a deliberate choice — accreditation often prioritises compliance over capability and adds cost, without guaranteeing better outcomes. Our focus is on practical skills, role-plays and coaching that improve customer conversations quickly and sustainably.
