2. How to Engage

Employees will learn how to create a strong first impression that builds trust and confidence, manage expectations, and demonstrate ownership and intent at the start of every call.

3. Better Needs Discovery

Employees will learn and apply techniques used by the FBI for enhanced customer conversations, helping them efficiently identify and confirm what customers wish to achieve through your products and services.

Session 2 – 3 Hours

The second session builds on the skills learned in session one, with a focus on advanced needs discovery, educating customers, and overcoming objections.
